I'm nervous! What advice do you have for someone who has never done a boudoir session?

There are a lot of things I like to suggest to quell nerves! My first one is reminding people that you're more than welcome to bring someone with you. If you have a friend who can hype you up and who you're comfortable with being there, invite them along! (Just let me know, so I can get the appropriate amount of snacks.) If you'd rather go solo, having a nice green smoke or even a little drink can help out, as long as you have a sober drive home. If you're nervous about posing, that's what I'm here for! I'll never let your hands, legs, arms, or feet look awkward, and will give you as much direction as you want! Regardless, I'm here to go at your pace, whatever that may be. 

How many outfits should I bring with me?

It depends on how long we have the rental space for! It usually takes no longer than twenty minutes to get a sufficient amount of photos in one look, but changing in and out of delicate garments is notoriously difficult, and I would account for five to ten minutes of changing time per outfit.

Can you shoot more than one person at a time?

Yes! I've done sessions with friends before who switch off being in front of the camera, events where everyone has their own dedicated shooting time, and sessions with couples! I'm here for it all, baby.

What is the difference between boudoir and erotic photography? Do you do both?

Boudoir Photography = lingerie, implied nudity, full nudity, sensual photos, no sexual acts of any kind occur.
Erotic Photography = all of the above, but sexual acts are permitted to occur.

I photograph all forms of intimate photography, including erotic photography! If this is something that interests you, get in contact with me and we will get all of the details figured out.

Are hair and makeup included? What if I would prefer to do my own glam?

As of now, hair and makeup services are included in the price of your session! I have two wonderful makeup artists that will have you looking in the mirror confident and excited for your session! If you prefer to do your own hair and makeup, I totally understand that, and I offer a reduced price for those who won't be taking advantage of the included services. Contact me for more information! 

How long will it be until my photos are ready?

My turnaround time is four weeks or less! If you need your photos faster, just let me know and we might be able to work it out!

Are my photos private? How do you protect clients' photos?

Your photos are uploaded to a secure gallery that you will need a unique password to access. It will stay published for six weeks, and once it expires, it will be deleted from my online galleries. If you have any special requests regarding privacy, be sure to mention them in your inquiry.

I don't want my photos published online. Is that possible?

It is! Only for certain circumstances such as model calls (where models receive highly discounted sessions in return for allowing me to use them in my portfolio) do I require full publishing rights. Otherwise, you have a few options if you don't want them to be published online. Once you receive your gallery, you will be able to select the photos from your session you approve for online, portfolio, or marketing publishing. Some people prefer to just remain faceless, and others prefer full publishing restriction. Whatever makes you comfortable is what we will make work!

What's your payment policy? Do you have payment plan options?

My standard payment policy is 30% upon signing your contract, and then the remaining balance is to be paid no later than five (5) days before your session. But payment plans are always an option! We can break it up into customized payments over the course of a few weeks or months. Please don't hesitate to ask questions about setting up a payment plan!
